How Chenhui Solved It

Chenhui engineered a sealless magnetic-drive solution around the exact duty point of the system. Torque transmits through a fully enclosed magnetic coupling instead of a shaft seal — eliminating leakage at the source while delivering smooth, repeatable, pulse-free flow.

    We started from the fluid, flow, pressure, temperature and environment to define the precise performance envelope the system required.

  2. Pump & Drive Matching

    We selected the right MPB pump head and paired it with a brushless, servo or stepper drive for closed-loop, programmable flow control.

  3. Material & Sealing Engineering

    316L, PEEK, ceramic and FKM as standard — with titanium, FFKM and PTFE options selected for the specific media and purity demands.

  4. Validation & Volume Production

    Prototypes were tested against the customer’s acceptance criteria, then scaled through our in-house full-chain manufacturing with stable, repeatable quality.
