What is a magnetic-drive gear pump and why is it leak-free?
A magnetic gear pump transmits torque through a sealed magnetic coupling instead of a mechanical shaft seal. With no dynamic seal to wear or leak, the fluid path is fully enclosed — eliminating leakage, contamination and the maintenance associated with conventional sealed pumps.
What flow rates and pressures do the MPB series cover?
The MPB range spans micro-flow metering from a few ml/min up to roughly 10 L/min, with outlet pressures up to 20 bar depending on the model. We match displacement, drive power and materials to your exact duty point.
Which fluids and viscosities can the pumps handle?
Standard wetted parts (316L body, PEEK gears, ceramic shafts, FKM seals) suit viscosities from 0.5 to 5000 cP across a −40 to 150 °C range. Titanium, Hastelloy, FFKM and PTFE options are available for aggressive, high-purity or food-grade media.
Are the pumps food-grade and certified?
